2. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when registering or placing an order: first and last name, company name, tax ID (NIF/CIF), billing and delivery addresses, email address and telephone number. We also collect browsing data (cookies) with your consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to: (a) manage your account and orders (legal basis: performance of a contract); (b) comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation); and (c) send commercial communications where you have authorised this (legal basis: consent).

4. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations (at least five years for tax and accounting data).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@donsnacks.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Order preparation, management and shipping

For the preparation, management and shipping of orders, DonSnacks S.L. communicates to CrackersCompany, Stuttgarter Straße 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany, only the data strictly necessary to provide these services. This may include the customer's name and contact details, delivery address, order contents and instructions required for preparation and dispatch. DonSnacks S.L. remains the data controller in relation to the customer. CrackersCompany acts as the recipient and provider of order-preparation and shipping services. The disclosed data may not be used for its own advertising purposes or for purposes incompatible with order management.

7. International transfers

Where processing entails a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, DonSnacks S.L. applies the relevant data-processing agreements. The transfer is based on an adequacy decision where one exists and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.
