Shipping Policy

DonSnacks ships its premium snacks directly from its operational headquarters in Fellbach (Germany) to hotels, restaurants, bars and catering businesses throughout Spain.

Delivery area

We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping rates — Balearic Islands

Shipments to the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera) carry a surcharge for sea freight. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order:

For orders to the Balearic Islands over 280 kg, please contact us for a custom quote.

Carrier

All shipments are carried out by DPD. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch (5–7 days for the Balearic Islands).

Transport damage

If you receive a damaged order, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs at info@donsnacks.com. We will arrange a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost.
